Summary 

This internship focuses on Ever.Ag’s on-farm solutions and services. You will work hand-in-hand with our customers and software solutions to continuously deliver successful product outcomes. Importantly, Ever.Ag’s on-farm solutions enable key stakeholders to operate more sustainably, drive efficiency, mitigate operational and financial risk, and connect and share data with key stakeholders across supply chains.

What are some potential projects? 

This internship follows Maternity Warden, Feed King, and My Dairy Dashboard solutions, but will engage in all of Ever.Ag’s products.  My Dairy Dashboard focuses on aggregation and visualization of key dairy datasets. It includes customer portals and dashboards that connect to on-farm management tools, supply chain logistics and payment solutions. Maternity Warden and Feed King focus on data creation and AI analysis through cameras installed on-farm locations. Dalex is a software that balances the animal’s diet for efficiency and cost. This internship engages and supports the product leader, as well as interacts with implementation teams, development teams, customer support, and managed services.  Externally, this role interacts with product buyers, users, and advisors.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and advocate for their needs across internal departments.
  • Grow leadership qualities, guide team strategies, and integrate customer feedback into product development.
  • Engage actively in the customer community, mastering conflict resolution and contributing through content and training.
  • Participate in other duties as assigned.

About You (Qualifications): 

  • Pursuing a degree from an accredited school in Agribusiness or other agriculture related field with a graduation date after August 2025 is REQUIRED for this opportunity.
  • Deep-rooted empathy for customers with a desire to help them thrive.
  • Ability to extract and channel customer needs from leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a casual yet confident tone.
  • Experience in influencing and offering evidence-backed solutions.
  • Understanding of dairy farm business challenges.
  • Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Some Microsoft office experience preferred
  • Dairy domain knowledge
