Reports to: Director, Revenue and Sales Operations

FSLA Status: Non Exempt, Hourly                                                           

Location: Remote, US

Compensation: $18/hr

 

 

Position Title: Legal Operations Intern

 

Summary

Are you someone who loves diving into details, ensuring everything lines up perfectly, and making an impact behind the scenes? As a Legal Operations Intern, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our contract data accurate and aligned. You’ll work closely with our legal and sales operations teams to review contracts, verify key details, and maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce. If you're organized, meticulous, and eager to gain real-world experience in legal operations and contract compliance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the contract detective – review contracts and match them against sales records in Salesforce.
  • Keep things aligned – verify key details like dates, numbers, and terms to ensure accuracy.
  • Own the data – update and maintain legal and asset records within Salesforce.
  • Work across teams – collaborate with legal and sales operations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Help improve processes – identify ways to make our contract validation more efficient.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Data Management, or a related field with a graduation date after August 2025.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with data and contracts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex data with precision.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
