Position title: Enterprise Account Executive
Position Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to some of the most influential manufacturing organizations in the industry. Your mission: build deep enterprise relationships, uncover high‑value opportunities, and deliver measurable top‑line revenue growth through Ever.Ag’s innovative SaaS solutions.
This is a high‑impact sales role for someone who thrives in complex, consultative selling environments. You will lead compelling client presentations, translate business challenges into actionable solutions, and influence stakeholders from operations teams all the way to the C‑suite. While experience in the dairy industry is a plus, what matters most is familiarity with food, beverage, or other process manufacturing environments—and a strong track record of selling software that transforms operations.
You’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating cross‑functionally to expand product adoption, strengthen account penetration, and shape the long-term vision for enterprise customers across the farm‑to‑processing supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Ever.Ag’s SaaS products and services and how they solve real challenges across food, beverage, dairy, and process manufacturing supply chains.
- Deliver clear, compelling value propositions that highlight ROI, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.
- Drive annual recurring revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Lead high‑impact sales presentations—both virtual and in‑person—tailored to diverse audiences across operations, IT, and executive leadership.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Business Unit leaders, to negotiate, structure, and close enterprise deals.
- Build, manage, and expand a robust pipeline of opportunities across assigned accounts and verticals.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to deepen penetration within existing customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to long-term customer goals and Ever.Ag growth objectives.
- Strengthen executive relationships and broaden influence across enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly executive business reviews and strategic planning conversations.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, high satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Utilize CRM tools for accurate account activity tracking and pipeline management.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 25%–50%), adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support company growth and customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–4 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to sell subscription-based software solutions.
- Experience engaging and selling into complex organizations, including multi-stakeholder buying groups and C‑suite executives.
- Strong familiarity with food, beverage, or process manufacturing environments; dairy experience is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated success navigating enterprise accounts, building relationships across functional areas, and driving profitable revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience selling solutions related to supply chain, production operations, logistics, or manufacturing optimization is preferred.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and maintaining detailed, accurate account updates.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies for competitive advantage.
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle, maintain a valid driver's license, and comply with all traffic laws and company policies related to travel.
