Compliance Analyst

Position Summary:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing EverDriven’s compliance system, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met efficiently. You’ll oversee compliance tracking, reporting, and risk assessments while driving process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing internal controls, and ensuring seamless compliance operations across the organization.
Hybrid Position – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Salary Range: $70-85k per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s compliance system, ensuring policies and processes align with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor federal, state, and local laws to maintain up-to-date compliance standards and implement necessary changes.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and internal reviews to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
- Develop and maintain compliance tracking, reporting, and documentation systems to enhance oversight and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve compliance workflows and integrate best practices into daily operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Act as a key point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, audits, and regulatory updates.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5+ years in compliance, risk management, or regulatory analysis.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, with the ability to analyze and apply them.
- System Management: Experience managing compliance software, tracking tools, and internal reporting systems.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, audits, and compliance investigations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.); Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide strategic insights.
