Senior Contract Administrator
The Senior Contracts Administrator will develop, prepare, and administer contracts that meet specifications and comply with all policies and regulations. They will support and work in collaboration with the Regulatory and Compliance Team for contract negations with internal and external stakeholders. They will also drive reporting, and identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimization, serving as a stakeholder through implementation.
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Provide ongoing contract management and administrative support, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with both internal personnel and external stakeholders

Coordinate the contract lifecycle process while maintaining excellent customer service

Create, negotiate and incorporate contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes

Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements

Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete and accurate

Ensure all departments are aware of critical tasks

Oversee communication during entire contract process, coordinate meetings, calendars and deadlines across multiple internal departments

Develops and establish a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses

Identify opportunities for process and systems improvement and serve as stakeholder through implementation and release.

Drive reporting suite development and manage to KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience

Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience

Excellent PC Skills, and Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical writing skills

Salesforce, preferred
