FP&A Analyst
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the company drive effective business decisions, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, value creation, board reporting, and special projects.
Salary Range: $75,000- $82,000 /year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Assist with the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
- Partner with business leaders to provide consistent expense analyses across key functional areas
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of work-related experience
- Experience analyzing departmental and operating expenses
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Power BI and Power Query experience a plus
