Position Summary: 

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the company drive effective business decisions, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, value creation, board reporting, and special projects.  

Salary Range: $75,000- $82,000 /year, based on experience + bonus potential  
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures 
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance 
  • Assist with the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools 
  • Partner with business leaders to provide consistent expense analyses across key functional areas 
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis 
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes 
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of work-related experience 
  • Experience analyzing departmental and operating expenses 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Power BI and Power Query experience a plus
