Director of Marketing Operations
As The Director of Marketing Operations and Inside Sales you will lead the integration of AI-driven marketing operations with high-performing inside sales teams. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing technology, leveraging data analytics, and driving measurable pipeline growth through innovative, scalable processes. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who has implemented modern marketing tech stacks and best practices for Marketing Operations and who is excited about consistently evolving. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in technology marketing, with a proven track record of building and managing results-oriented teams.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
- AI-first Marketing Operations Leadership
- Develop and implement a marketing technology roadmap that prioritizes AI and automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability
- Oversee the selection, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
- Analyze data to drive insights and inform marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Inside Sales Management
- Lead and mentor the inside sales team to achieve qualified pipeline targets
- Pair automation with personalized and targeted outreach to ICP (Ideal customer profile) targets
- Develop and refine inside sales processes, ensuring seamless integration with marketing operations
- Implement AI-driven sales enablement tools to improve lead qualification, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business development/sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company objectives
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across marketing functions
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Establish clear measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in marketing and inside sales, leveraging AI analytics to monitor and report on progress
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Team Development
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in marketing operations and inside sales
- Promote professional growth and development within the team, emphasizing AI literacy and sales excellence
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in technology
- Proven leadership in marketing operations, inside sales, or related functions within a high-growth, technology-powered environment.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing and sales technologies (e.g., CRM, ABM, marketing automation, predictive analytics).
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
