Growth Marketing Manager. Demand Generation
We're seeking a growth-minded Growth Marketing Manager with native fluency in AI-powered marketing tools and a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through modern, multichannel strategies.
This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment, is obsessed with optimization, and is constantly exploring how the latest AI advancements can be applied to scale campaigns, enhance targeting, and personalize engagement.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns across paid social, search, SEO, email, digital events, and surround-sound strategies. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and RevOps to ensure precise targeting, tight attribution, and meaningful conversion throughout the funnel.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Remote, US
- Own full-funnel pipeline creation via paid and organic channels including paid social, search, SEO, digital events, podcasts, and event surround strategies
- Design and execute high-performing campaigns tailored to audience segments using AI-informed insights
- Leverage AI-native tools such as Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, or SurferSEO to streamline content creation, automate testing, and enhance personalization
- Build and execute LLM-optimized SEO strategies from keyword research to metadata and content structure to drive qualified organic traffic
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture experiences through A/B testing and behavior-based personalization
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Inside Sales to align messaging, offers, and personas across the buyer journey
- Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-enhanced analytics platforms to manage campaign workflows, attribution, segmentation, and reporting
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and channels to improve performance across CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generation
- Lead campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Support "surround sound" strategies for major events, including pre- and post-show nurture, digital amplification, and on-site engagement
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B environment
- Proven success building and scaling revenue-generating campaigns across paid social, SEO, and email
- Experience with AI-native marketing tools and platforms for content creation, SEO, and automation
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, with strong understanding of marketing attribution and campaign management
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, testing, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with modern SEO practices including content clustering, structured data, and LLM-aware keyword strategy
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
