Technology Program Manager
EverDriven is a rapidly growing, tech-enabled transportation management company, serving some of the most vulnerable children in our community. We exist to ensure that children with special needs receive safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation to and from school. Our proprietary, best-in-class technology solutions enable school districts and parents to easily plan, track, and adjust each student’s trips, giving students access to the educational experience they deserve. Every Trip. Every Day. If you thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced, technology-focused environment, we’d love to talk to you about a fulfilling career at EverDriven.
Position Summary:
As a Technology Program Manager, you will ensure that the Technology organization — spanning Product Management, Software Engineering, Data, and IT — operates with clarity, consistency, and alignment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a strategic dimension: you will help design, orchestrate, and continuously improve the operating rhythms and cross-cutting initiatives that keep the Technology group focused on its mission.
You will not be tracking individual product features or IT projects. Instead, you’ll own Technology-wide programs and initiatives such as organizational OKRs, process improvement workstreams, monthly business reviews, and All-Hands meetings. These programs shape how the Technology organization executes, communicates, and improves together.
As part of the Technology leadership team, you’ll need to think strategically, propose innovative approaches, and ensure programs both reflect and reinforce our values. You will influence senior leaders without direct authority, hold them accountable for commitments, and provide the connective tissue that enables the entire organization to thrive.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Drive Organizational Programs
- Lead Technology-level initiatives that span across product, engineering, data, and IT, ensuring they are well-structured, executed on time, and aligned to organizational priorities.
- Establish and evolve operating rhythms (e.g., quarterly OKRs, monthly business reviews, All Hands meetings) and define and surface metrics and KPIs that provide clarity, accountability, and focus.
- Anticipate dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring leadership has the right insights to make timely decisions.
- Strengthen Process & Continuous Improvement
- Design and execute agile frameworks for process improvement that make the Technology organization more effective without slowing it down.
- Balance strategic vision with tactical execution, breaking big ideas into achievable steps.
- Foster a culture of iteration and “getting 1% better every day.”
- Enable Clear Communication & Storytelling
- Partner with the CPTO and Technology leadership team to shape and deliver key narratives — from monthly business review decks to Technology All-Hands content.
- Ensure that communications are not just informative but also engaging, reinforcing priorities and celebrating progress.
- Facilitate meetings and sessions that respect people’s time, encourage participation, and keep the organization aligned.
What You Will Bring to EverDriven:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, organizational operations, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience mapping technology processes, prioritizing improvements, and guiding implementation of those changes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, hold them accountable, and drive results without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots, propose new approaches, and shape how an organization operates.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to craft executive-ready narratives and guide leadership discussions.
- Proven ability to design and deliver clear, engaging, and effective presentations.
- Relevant experience developing and implementing operational support processes, SaaS financial tracking and reporting, and project management frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the culture of modern Technology organizations — how people work, what motivates them, and how to enable high performance in bottoms-up, fast-moving, feedback-driven environments.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through, able to balance detail with big-picture alignment.
