Senior Manager, Revenue Operations- Strategy & Operations

Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States

EverDriven is the nation’s leading provider of alternative student transportation, partnering with school districts to serve students who need it most—including those experiencing homelessness, living with disabilities, or outside traditional bus routes. Our tech-enabled, human-led model helps remove barriers to learning through safe, reliable transportation.

Since 2006, we’ve helped organizations solve complex transportation challenges through strong partnerships, dependable service, and a people-first approach. Guided by integrity, ownership, and collaboration, we move with urgency, lead with data, and never settle. Our success is driven by people who bring curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous growth.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to serve as a force multiplier and act as the right hand to the VP of RevOps. You’ll take high-level strategic priorities and turn them into executable programs that drive revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success. You’ll take strategic direction and run with it: owning the programs, processes, and cross-functional coordination that power our go-to-market engine. Your primary focus will be Sales and Customer Success, with close partnership across Marketing Operations, Finance, and Field Operations where RevOps serves as a connective layer.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll do the work, lead programs, and build your craft, while developing the leadership presence to grow into a formal people management position as the team matures. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and wants a clear path to Director-level ownership, this is that role. This is not a maintenance role, this is a build + scale role.

Revenue Operations at EverDriven is a strategic function, not a support function. We sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, translating company strategy into operational reality. Backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners, we’re on a steep growth trajectory and building the operational infrastructure to match.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You’ll operate across the full RevOps surface area, owning programs end-to-end and driving real outcomes — not just recommendations.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
