Senior Product Manager- Mobile Apps

Position Summary: 

We are looking for Denver-based Senior Product Manager with strong mobile app experience to join our team that’s leading the next generation of student transportation capabilities. In this role, you will own and manage our native mobile apps that guide thousands of drivers to transport students safely and efficientlywhile providing transparencycontrol and peace of mind to caregivers across 2+ million annual trips.   
 
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a flexible, scalable product. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, execution of our school transportation mobile appsunlocking key opportunities for drivers, caregivers, districts and our internal teams to have the best student transportation experience available. 

Salary Range: $145,000-160,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential 
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

How You Will Make an Impact: 

  • Responsible for strategy, innovation, roadmap and end-to-end launch of our driver and caregiver mobile apps 
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our school transportation apps 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape 
  • Leverage data analytics and optimization approaches to measure adoption, engagement, user experience, task success and satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, analytics, product marketing, sales, and operations / support teams to deliver industry-leading experiences that are intuitive, reliable, transparent, safe and accessible 
  • Envision, define and own cross-cutting initiatives that focus on mobile apps while holistically integrating features across web portal and mobile notification channels supporting drivers, districts, caregivers and operations / support teams 
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a detailed roadmap that aligns with actionable outcomes, customer needs, and company goals  
  • Understand the needs and challenges of key stakeholders, including drivers, caregivers, school staff, and internal operations / support teams 
  • Translate user feedback, operational input and compliance requirements into key outcomes from actionable product features and enhancements 
  • Translate product roadmap features into detailed product requirements including PRDs, opportunity summaries, epics, user stories, AI prototypes, and acceptance test criteria, partnering with engineering teams to deliver them and product marketing/sales/driver enablement teams to launch them 
  • Regularly communicate product updates, release notes, milestones, key performance metrics and provide training/support to internal stakeholders and external users/customers 
  • This role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other regulations 

What You Will Bring to EverDriven: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager 
  • 3+ years experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of mobile app features, adoption and key outcomes, including mobile app release best-practices, guiding and enabling go-to-market approach, and sales/service team enablement 
  • Established background building and launching mobile apps in partnership with engineering and cross-functional stakeholder teams 
  • Proven record of driving outstanding outcomes from data-driven problem spaces with a customer-first mindset, forming and validating hypotheses to maximize value 
  • 1+ years experience preferred with transportation, logistics, delivery, mapping, GIS or routing applications 

Qualifications/Skills:  

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager demonstrating curiosity, customer empathy and operational process improvement 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven prioritization approach that drives tangible outcomes on native mobile apps 
  • Balance of business acumen, communication skills, stakeholder management and technical knowledge 
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 
  • Mobile app lifecycle experience, balancing API dependencies, mobile release best practices such as alpha/beta launches, scaled rollouts, forced upgrades, app store optimization and more to empower effective go-to-market 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment 
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability 
  • Experience leveraging AI across the product development lifecycle
