YOUR ROLE
The Market Operations Director is responsible for owning and managing partner-level P&Ls for assigned markets. You will lead, influence, and support operational execution on the best clinical care for our patients. You will execute on the operational plan based on market needs. To promote holistic patient care, you will leverage internal and external stakeholders and partners and engage the entire interdisciplinary team including nephrologists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health advanced practice providers, registered nurses, nurse care managers, care coordinators, health coaches, dietitians, social workers, and even podiatrists – all within the Evergreen Nephrology family.
This role will primarily support the Southeast and Northeast markets and will require 25-50% travel.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Utilize your knowledge of Value Based Care (VBC) to translate our operational and clinical model in a way that engages and drives internal and external stakeholders in strategic execution and partnership
- Provide operational lead and support in building the market, in collaboration with nephrology partners
- In close partnership with Clinical Operations leaders, track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work across central teams to ensure optimized performance of our core business (Engagement & Growth, Reduce TME, Clinical Documentation, and Quality) for the market.
- Monitor dashboards and communicate performance results to help drive accountability across internal and external partners.
- Leverage data and performance analytics to drive clinical and operational process improvements
- Prepare effective presentation materials and agendas with clear items for follow-up and execution
- Maintain a liaison relationship between Evergreen Nephrology and stakeholders or partners through relationship building and attendance at meetings and through both written and oral communication
- Promote Evergreen Nephrology within the local market to help community understand our business model
- Other duties as assigned
HOW YOU QUALIFY
- Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred
- Four years of experience managing teams in a multi-site medical group practice setting, leading large scale program implementations, and managing operations in a Value Based Care setting.
- Experience leading and managing multiple workstreams and adapting to change based on market needs and performance goals.
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
- You have the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wired to the house internet (Cable, Fiber, or DSL) and hardwired to the internet device is recommended
- Evergreen will provide Remote or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their position/job
- Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
COMPENSATION
Pay range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000, with exact pay determined based on experience, education, demand for role, geographic location and other role-specific criteria.
