Your Role

The Market Operations Implementation Director (IM) is a critical position at Evergreen with significant opportunities to work across multiple departments and external Nephrology Partners to transform practices toward Value-Based Care.

The Implementation Director serves as the main project manager for onboarding new Nephrology Partners and is responsible for keeping stakeholders aligned through performance initiatives from inception to implementation. 

To that end, The Implementation Director will be responsible for defining project scope, creating and maintaining project plans that drive projects to completion, function as the key stakeholder in the implementation and onboarding process, and serve as the set-up and triage support for Nephrology Partners. 

While this is a remote position, it will require travel of 25-50%.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Utilize your knowledge of Value Based Care (VBC) to translate our operational and clinical model in a way that engages and drives internal and external stakeholders in strategic execution and partnership
  • In close partnership with Clinical Operations leaders, track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work across central teams to ensure optimized performance of our core business (Engagement & Growth, Reduced TME, Documentation, and Quality) for the market/JV
  • Serve as a critical coordinating node across internal functions including, Business Operations, Growth, Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Coding and Documentation Improvement, Quality, Tech, and Reporting/Analytics to stand up and launch with new Nephrology Partners and Practices.
  • Be the single point of contact to Evergreen’s Partners during implementations, playing a critical role in achieving launch targets.
  • Work directly with Nephrology Partners to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
  • Work with internal Evergreen team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the Partner’s implementation
  • Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
  • Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Market Operations team
  • Travel to client sites to provide support during go-lives (up to 50% on a monthly basis) and build relationships as needed
  • Support operating teams and SVP of Market Operations with clear documentation and structured approaches to phased customer rollouts
  • Evolve Evergreen’s Implementation Playbook, driving to standardize the quality, efficiency and effectiveness for subsequent implementations across key work streams, resource needs, staffing, and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience working with executives, cross-functional teams, and external customers and partners to drive business outcomes
  • 3 years of healthcare consulting or similar management experience, and strong project management skills, including use of online PM tools
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a less structured environment and develop creative solutions to complex problems where no playbook exists
  • Experience working in Value Based Care
  • Deep understanding of Business Continuity and ability to build resiliency into business processes / systems
  • Excellent relationship, communication, change management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and respect quickly, both internally and externally
  • Execution-focused and hands-on; you can effectively toggle between strategic and "in the weeds" activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team
  • Understanding of, and commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, operational rigor, resilience, and commitment to the business
  • Tenacity required to drive initiatives forward, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals despite challenges
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
    • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wired to the house internet (Cable, Fiber, or DSL) and hardwired to the internet device is recommended
    • Evergreen will provide Remote or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their position/job
  • Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

 

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 annually.  Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
