Your Role

As a Network Operations Director with Evergreen Nephrology, you will be an in-market, hands-on leader responsible for leading our most strategic and diverse partnerships opportunities and driving customer success through business and clinical outcomes.  

You will support growth across top network partners which include Nephrology practices and Dialysis Centers and may expand to Primary Care and Specialty-Care Providers, Urgent Care/ED, and Acute Hospital and Post-Acute Facility partnerships. By ensuring seamless engagement and onboarding of new partners with Evergreen’s Nephrologist-led Value Based Care model, you’ll play a central role in ensuring holistic and efficient patient care while advancing provider and partner satisfaction.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Network Partner Onboarding & Integration - Together with the SVP Market Operations and VP East Market Operations, own the operational onboarding and integration of new partners with EG Clinical Operations
  • Field Operations - Utilize your knowledge of Value Based Care (VBC) to translate our operational and clinical model in a way that engages and drives internal and external stakeholders in strategic execution and partnership
  • Data & Analytics Collaboration - Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that inform Evergreen’s strategy to drive partner performance. Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership and external partners and facilitate internal performance management sessions. 
  • Cross-Functional Partnership - Work closely with and influence internal clinical operations, care navigation, finance, and business development teams to align with partner insights to facilitate future growth and shape workflows, delivery, and innovation.
  • Support the development and execution of network growth strategies across all care service lines to ensure adequate access, efficient utilization, and scalability. 
  • Use data to drive insights around provider capacity, performance, network gaps, and patient demand trends. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Clinical Strategy, Product, and Commercial teams to identify high-impact opportunities for expansion and optimization. 
  • Build and maintain strategic frameworks and models to guide decision-making on network expansion, configuration, and resourcing. 
  • Contribute to provider compensation strategy development and optimization, aligning incentives with clinical quality and operational efficiency. 
  • Contribute to network quality improvement initiatives by surfacing inefficiencies, tracking performance metrics, and recommending structural improvements. 
  • Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, master's degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience working with executives, cross-functional teams, and external customers and partners to drive business outcomes 
  • Experience in value-based care, post-acute care, or healthcare services
  • Excellent relationship, communication, change management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and respect quickly, both internally and externally 
  • This is a role based across the state of South Carolina and requires a willingness to travel up to 80-90% for executive and partner meetings 
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
    • Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
    • Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
    • Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 annually. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors. 

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
