You’ll own the full growth engine, from setting strategy to executing campaigns, ensuring we consistently reach, engage, and convert the right audiences.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll combine a clear commercial focus with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations team to help establish and ensure that all business development goals and brand/marketing activities are tightly aligned to revenue targets and our software partner, Sage. This role will have the ability to influence or refresh internal processes to establish a seamless hand-off of content, leads, or next steps between departments. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a smaller business environment, enjoys variety, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Leadership – Develop and deliver a marketing-led growth strategy aligned with our business development goals and market opportunities in Ireland. Ability to oversee teams with the potential of having direct reports as the role scales.
  • Digital Marketing – By leveraging an advanced tech stack, this position will manage our website and update content with SEO best practices in mind and lead digital strategy for all campaigns and content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Campaign Management – Lead strategy, execute, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including organic and paid digital campaigns, social, webinars, and events, to generate and convert high-quality leads.
  • Brand Building – Strengthen our brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Pipeline Development – Work in partnership with sales to help establish new pipeline processes with our CRM, assist in customer data management and set up, and deliver a steady, measurable flow of opportunities to help improve lead conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence – Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform growth decisions.
  • Partnerships & PR – Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and media to raise our profile and credibility. Work closely with Sage to secure joint marketing funds and identify unique partnering opportunities.
  • Budget & Reporting – Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking ROI and reporting regularly to the leadership team. Ability to leverage measured results and impact to drive optimizations for active campaigns.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable revenue growth through marketing in an SME or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record in digital and performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, Content, and Analytics.
  • Confident owning strategy through execution for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in brand positioning and storytelling in B2B contexts.
  • Data-led approach, comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and adjusting tactics based on results.
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work closely with other leaders while owning your area.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, including a strong understanding of sales stages and pipeline development.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead the growth strategy for a nimble, ambitious Irish business.
  • Autonomy to shape marketing, brand, and demand generation activity.
  • Opportunity to work across strategy and delivery with visible impact.
  • Room to grow your role and responsibilities as the business scales.

We encourage you to apply even if you feel that you do not meet all of the above qualifications. Frequently cited statistics show that women and underrepresented groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Evergreen encourages you to break that statistic and to apply. No one ever meets 100% of the requirements. We look forward to your application!

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
