Vice President of Growth - Southwestern Ireland
Evergreen Services Group is a San Francisco-based holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies across North America. Since its founding in late 2017, Evergreen has completed 100+ acquisitions across Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, ERP Software Partners and Government Services. We are driven by a people-first mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders, by marrying capital allocation with inspired operations.
The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40+ professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation, M&A, executive level hiring, strategic board leadership, and finance and accounting. Evergreen is a uniquely long-term oriented holding company that seeks to hold and grow businesses indefinitely rather than follow the 5-7 year holding period of a typical private equity fund. This allows us to take a truly long-term view on performance and people. Evergreen is backed by Alpine Investors, a leading private equity firm focused on the services and software industries with $16B+ in AUM.

- Campaign Management – Lead strategy, execute, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including organic and paid digital campaigns, social, webinars, and events, to generate and convert high-quality leads.
- Brand Building – Strengthen our brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Pipeline Development – Work in partnership with sales to help establish new pipeline processes with our CRM, assist in customer data management and set up, and deliver a steady, measurable flow of opportunities to help improve lead conversion rates.
- Market Intelligence – Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform growth decisions.
- Partnerships & PR – Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and media to raise our profile and credibility. Work closely with Sage to secure joint marketing funds and identify unique partnering opportunities.
- Budget & Reporting – Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking ROI and reporting regularly to the leadership team. Ability to leverage measured results and impact to drive optimizations for active campaigns.
