Senior Product Lead

Work From Home

At Everlane, we believe that luxury should be as effortless as it is conscious.  That's why we partner with ethical factories, work with premium and sustainably sourced materials, and do our part to leave the industry cleaner than we found it.  There's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.

As a vital member of the product team at Everlane, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic engineering, product, data, and digital design teams. Your role will serve as a bridge among the creative, marketing, logistics, and retail departments, blending diverse and occasionally contrasting viewpoints and data sources. You'll play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and refining product strategy and priorities, managing multiple products, and jointly crafting the technology team’s roadmap and digital strategy.

In your role as a Senior Product Lead, you will guide the strategic direction of multiple products, focusing on meaningful outcomes rather than just features. Your strategy will be guided by company goals, designed to tackle a range of opportunities along the customer journey. This position will give you a lot of responsibility, empowering you to align cross-functional priorities and collaborate as a strategic partner across teams. You will need a profound understanding of how to craft delightful experiences and meet the detailed needs of our customers.

Your day-to-day:

  • Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies focused on achieving specific outcomes, highlighting opportunities throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate and engage with teams across the company to address complex issues and align priorities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, encouraging their growth as leaders, managers, and collaborative partners.
  • Prioritize customer needs, ensuring they guide decision-making while balancing the company's yearly goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and metrics, using data to inform strategic choices.
  • Direct the design process to ensure solutions align with customer expectations and objectives.
  • Motivate and unite a diverse group of stakeholders from various functions to solve customer issues effectively.
  • Plan and oversee feature development from conception to implementation, and assess outcomes for team and executive feedback.
  • Organize, prioritize, and prepare the technology organization's quarterly roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years in product management, guiding teams to develop customer-focused strategies in consumer-facing companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and strategic discussions, with a history of bringing teams together around shared goals and facilitating impactful outcomes in executive meetings.
  • Experienced in managing Product Managers, inspiring and mentoring them to become effective leaders and strategic thinkers.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to challenges, using data and research to craft compelling arguments for detailed customer journeys.
  • Skilled in enhancing retail business systems for improved operations.
  • Proficient in steering product design to fulfill customer needs.
  • Empathetic team player, working effectively with diverse groups, including engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Self-reliant and entrepreneurial, confidently forming and backing up positions and reasoning with little to no supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to accommodate a variable schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Fine Print:

At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $124,000 - $166,000. This range may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
