Clean luxury. Better for you. At Everlane, we believe luxury should be as effortless as it is conscious. We partner with ethical factories, work with premium, sustainably sourced materials, and strive to leave the industry cleaner than we found it. There's still much to do, and we're excited to grow a team of motivated humans ready for the challenge. The journey toward better continues.

As a member of the product team, you will be a part of a collaborative engineering, product, digital design, and data group. Your day-to-day:

  • Translate customer insights and business goals into clear, actionable product ideas across the full customer journey.
  • Own the strategy and execution for customer-facing features along the Discovery, Consideration, & Purchase funnels as well as internal tools that support digital merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand problems, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
  • Drive collaboration and influence through persuasive communication, data storytelling, and structured thinking.
  • Assist in defining KPIs and tracking key metrics to assess business opportunities and measure the success of features and projects. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) to pull data and generate reports to evaluate experiments or feature rollouts.
  • Responsible for organizing agile scrum ceremonies for a team of engineers,, breaking down requirements into technical scope, estimates, and end-to-end project plans.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap of shippable features, detailing the hypothesis, timeline for testing and implementation, and results to report to the product and executive teams.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management for a consumer facing product
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify, with a strong grasp of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Airtable, and Figma.

  • Highly analytical and organized approach to problems, leverage data and research to present solutions.
  • Empathy and effectiveness when working with cross-functional partners from diverse specialties and experience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated, and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; unafraid to make big, strategic decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
