Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Business

Everlaw is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join our team.  As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will be a critical member of our Business Development team, and the inaugural solutions architect working closely with Everlaw’s channel/managed service (MSP) partners to develop their Everlaw capabilities and expertise. Your role will focus on enabling entire partner organizations to learn, adopt, and integrate Everlaw technology into the core services that these MSPs offer to their end clients.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in either Oakland, CA, Washington, D.C., or New York City office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

  • Learn, grow, and contribute right away. We trust that you’ll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift the team, but we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. You’ll have time to develop your product knowledge and get up to speed on all aspects of Everlaw. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as the Everlaw technical expert during all stages of the partner lifecycle. Engage with current and prospective partners to understand the scale and scope of their ediscovery service offerings, ediscovery delivery capabilities, and their viability as a successful Everlaw channel partner. Develop onboarding programs, technical playbooks, and demo enablement materials that accelerate partner ramp-up and empower MSPs to independently deliver high-impact, Everlaw-based discovery services.
  • Solution Development: Translate partner workflow requirements and complex end-client requirements into actionable, customized ediscovery solutions. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that platform capabilities support core partner workflows and solutions. Serve effectively as the “uber” solutions architect for MSPs’ solution architect and client delivery teams.
  • Everlaw Partner Practice Development: Provide post-sales technical training to newly signed MSP partners and provide feedback to implementation manager regarding training content and onboarding strategy. Work closely with Everlaw’s partner implementation manager to develop the most effective curriculum and training program for each new partner.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Work closely with our partner team and  implementation manager to Conduct high-impact demonstrations and presentations of our ediscovery platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders at prospective partners. Clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of our solutions. Translate Everlaw technical capabilities into outcome-based differentiators for MSP clients.
  • Co-Sell Engagements: Work closely with our partner management team and our direct sales teams to engage on strategic joint opportunities with partners, including joint prospect engagement, joint proposal development, and RFx supportPartner Team Support: Provide ongoing support to the partner team through technical expertise, proposal assistance, and by addressing any technical questions posed by partners.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or technical consultant role, 8+ years in technology, and deep experience in ediscovery technology.
  • You have a proven track record of working in/with managed service providers and/or legal industry clients and developing growing, mutually productive relationships.
  • You have a strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate Everlaw and articulate its value proposition.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are willing to travel as needed to support sales efforts and client engagements.

  • The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $220,000 with a $154,000 base salary. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future.
