- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on generating outbound pipelines in the legal tech space, with a focus on excellence, consistency, and results.
- Independently identify skill gaps across your team and take swift, thoughtful action to coach, support, or make personnel decisions with minimal input from your own management line.
- Provide clear, career-oriented feedback to team members and serve as a mentor to help them grow in their roles and prepare for their next steps.

- Provide strategic context and visibility to your team on company initiatives, department goals, and leadership updates.
- Improve team-wide processes, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to implement change and track impact. Foster collaboration and transparency by surfacing team feedback, strategic misalignment, and areas for innovation to senior management. Operate with high accountability, integrity, and empathy — consistently leading by example and encouraging ownership and autonomy in your team.
- Participate actively in broader department management conversations and help drive results that require cross-functional alignment.
- Uphold and advocate for Everlaw’s values, fostering a culture of inclusion, high performance, and continuous improvement.
