Associate Product Marketing Manager
Everlaw is seeking a highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. Product Marketing translates our product innovation into market success, owning the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution that drives customer adoption and revenue growth.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Marketing team to learn the craft of product storytelling, support creation of compelling sales assets and marketing content, conduct competitive research, analyze customer insights and be a key partner to building scalable processes that help our entire team thrive. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
Getting started
- We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals. And you’ll spend meaningful time getting to know the product marketing team.
- We’re excited for you to learn, grow, and contribute right away! We trust that you’ll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1.
What you’ll do
- Product Launches: Own the process and execution for our monthly Tier 2 and 3 product innovation features and support Tier 1 launches. This will include developing customer-facing messaging, creating sales enablement materials, and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure a successful release.
- Competitive Intelligence: Support our understanding of the competitive landscape, with a sharp focus on key players in the market. You will be responsible for gathering intel, updating and maintaining battlecards, and creating competitive assets (e.g., talk tracks, one-pagers) to improve our sales team's win rates.
- Customer Insights: Leverage AI to track customer reaction to our messaging and identify core competitor vulnerabilities, giving our team the data needed to articulate customer pain points and product value effectively. You will also support pulling and analyzing win/loss data to uncover consistent buying triggers and sales objections.
- Build PMM Infrastructure: Be the operational backbone of the PMM team. You will be responsible for documenting and refining key processes, organizing our internal asset libraries, and building the scalable systems that help the entire team operate more efficiently.
About you
- Relevant Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as product marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, or product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and human-friendly language.
- Highly Organized: You are a "process-builder" at heart. You're meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects at once.
- Curious & Analytical: You're eager to dig into competitive intel and customer feedback to find the "so what." You don’t just report on data; you find the story and the action it implies.
- Natural Collaborator: You are a team player who enjoys working with cross-functional partners, especially Sales, Customer Success and Product, to achieve shared goals.
- Self-Starter: You have a high degree of ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that currently, Everlaw is not sponsoring employment visas.
Pluses
- Direct experience in the legal tech or e-discovery industry.
- Prior experience conducting customer or market research interviews.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot) and competitive intelligence platforms.

- The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $145,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
