GTM Enablement Partner (Fixed Term)

Oakland, California, United States

At Everlaw, our mission is to promote justice by illuminating the truth, and we're changing the way that legal teams at law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits find the information they need to achieve their truth-finding goals.

We are hiring a fixed-term GTM Enablement Partner to support our GTM Enablement team during a planned parental leave. In this role, you'll partner with Customer Success, Sales, and the broader GTM Enablement team to keep enablement programs running smoothly — maintaining existing initiatives, coordinating logistics for training and events, and supporting the delivery of learning resources across the customer lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in project management and cross-functional coordination and wants hands-on experience in a high-performing enablement organization.

This is a fixed-term, full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr. The expected term is approximately 6–7 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on business needs.

Getting started

  • We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals.
  • We're excited for you to learn, grow, and contribute right away! We trust that you'll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don't expect you to know everything on Day 1.

In your role, you'll...

  • Manage the logistics and execution of enablement programs, trainings, and events for our GTM Customer Success team
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep enablement initiatives on track
  • Maintain and update enablement content in our LMS and CMS platforms
  • Support the development and delivery of onboarding, skills training, and ongoing learning programs
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure programs launch on schedule
  • Help gather and organize feedback and data to inform program iteration
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews and enablement communications
  • Collaborate with the GTM Enablement team on global initiatives across the CS and Sales organizations

About you

  • You're a strong project manager and coordinator. You've managed cross-functional programs or events with multiple stakeholders and moving parts, and you keep things organized and on schedule.
  • You're process- and detail-oriented. You find structure in ambiguity so that others can follow along, and you balance the details with the big picture.
  • You're a clear communicator. You can distill information into something digestible for different audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • You thrive with autonomy. You can manage your own workload, prioritize competing demands, and keep stakeholders informed without needing to be told.
  • You're curious and adaptable. You may not have deep enablement experience, but you're eager to learn the function and bring transferable skills from adjacent fields like project management, event planning, learning & development, or operations.
  • You have 3–6 years of relevant work experience in project management, event coordination, enablement, L&D, or a related operational role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that, currently, Everlaw is not sponsoring employment visas.

Benefits & Perks

  • The expected salary range for this role is between $144,000 and $182,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
  • You will be eligible for a number of our benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans and paid company/federal holidays
