The Job at a Glance
As Operations Intelligence Manager, you will be the operational brain behind how we forecast, plan, and optimize the operations needed to deliver exceptional service to our customers. evermore is growing fast, and this position will play a key role in ensuring our scale doesn’t come at the expense of efficiency or financial discipline—helping us build the infrastructure for sustainable, cost-effective growth. Reporting into our Operations Excellence lead, you’ll be tasked with identifying inefficiencies, building operational models, and driving margin improvements within your first 90–120 days. This is a high-impact, fast-paced, and high-visibility role for someone that is extremely quantitative and thrives on solving complex operational puzzles.
What You Will Do
Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the same. Typical responsibilities of the role include:
- Map the entire production and service ecosystem—print workflows, fulfillment, customer care, and cost centers—as an interconnected system. Quickly identify leverage points where process design, vendor negotiation, or data visibility can unlock large-scale efficiency gains and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Implementation, Print Solutions, Product) to define requirements for product and process builds that unlock improvements.
- Establish KPIs and data dashboards to drive performance, costs, and service levels. Comfortably navigate between tools and data environments to get the answer—whether that means writing SQL queries, creating dynamic Excel models, or building quick automations to clean or connect data.
- Build and own a demand forecasting model that aligns customer volume with capacity and resource needs in partnership with Finance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
About You
While every candidate brings a unique resume and prospective, an ideal candidate will include:
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, process engineering, forecasting, or lean engineering, ideally in print production, fintech, or call center.
- Deep understanding vendor SLA management, throughput, fulfillment timing, and capacity planning. Capable of mapping end-to-end processes and identifying automation or system improvements that reduce unit cost and waste.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design and build complex cost and operational models from scratch—using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or BI platforms—to surface inefficiencies, forecast needs, and quantify tradeoffs in production, shipping, and service delivery.
- Comfortable pulling and joining data across disparate systems (ERP, CRM, vendor portals, print queues, ticketing systems) to build unified operational views. Skilled at using APIs, scripts, or ETL tools to automate recurring analyses or reporting.
- Operates with high autonomy: identifies opportunities, defines the problem space, builds the model, and translates technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders drives alignment on recommendations without heavy oversight.
- Thinks like an owner. Consistently finds ways to reduce waste, improve throughput, and lower total cost without sacrificing quality or customer experience. Views scaling as a design challenge to be solved, not an inevitability to be endured.
