The Job at a Glance 

We are seeking a dynamic Print Operations Manager to streamline workflows, drive process improvements, and advance our strategy to optimize and automate both internal systems and customer-facing tools. In this role, you will dive deep into existing processes—collaborating with vendors and partnering closely across Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Account Management, and Implementation—to build efficient workstreams that deliver operational excellence at every stage.

You will bring clarity to timelines, introduce structure where it matters most, and significantly influence the member experience by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized communications across physical channels.

What You Will Do 

Working within an organization created at the intersection of health care, retail and financial technology, no two days will look the sameTypical responsibilities of the role include:  

  • Document existing print operations workflows and work closely with Customer Implementation and Product Engineering to design and implement workflow automations. 
  • Develop strong relationships with our vendor partners and own daily management of print inventory, material ordering, SLA monitoring, invoice reconciliation, and cost savings initiatives.  
  • Partner with design to create scalable, cost-efficient print material templates that delight our B2B customers and end users alike. Identify gaps in member experiences and improvement opportunities. 
  • Own the collateral review process and execution internally and with customers. Manage versioned materials across all customers in our CMS platform and traditional platforms like PowerPoint, Miro, Figma, etc.  
  • Light copywriting for clear communications in accordance with brand guidelines.

Other Requirements

  • Travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs
  • evermore is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. evermore will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request
