We’re looking for a technically strong and creatively driven Front-End Web Developer to lead the strategy, build, and ongoing evolution of EverPass.com. You’ll own all aspects of the site’s infrastructure, performance, and security—while collaborating with the Marketing team to deliver responsive, on-brand experiences that support business goals. The ideal candidate is fluent in WordPress development, comfortable working cross-functionally, and able to translate design ideas into fast, scalable digital solutions. 

 

What You’ll Work On 

  • Design, build, and maintain a highly customized and responsive WordPress website 
  • Own all aspects of infrastructure: security, hosting, uptime, and performance optimization 
  • Translate business and marketing goals into digital experiences that engage and convert 
  • Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user workflows and design ideas 
  • Ensure the site meets accessibility and SEO best practices and performs well across devices 
  • Conduct competitive research and UX analysis to inform improvements and new features 
  • Implement and manage third-party integrations, forms, and analytics tools 
  • Collaborate on light design projects using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva 
  • Support digital asset updates and small-scale design needs for the Marketing team 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify areas for improvement 
  • Help refine and improve design systems, tools, and internal processes 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of front-end web development experience, with deep expertise in WordPress 
  • Portfolio showcasing responsive custom builds and third-party integrations 
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of website performance and SEO fundamentals 
  • Experience with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva 
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and user-centered design practices 
  • Experience managing website security, uptime, and hosting environments 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts and a bias toward action 

 

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $70,000 - $80,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
