Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Data Specialist (Contract) to support a critical phase of our Salesforce implementation. This is a contract position for someone who understands how clean, structured data drives revenue growth and operational efficiency. 

You'll play a key role in cleansing and migrating data from our legacy Salesforce environment while also helping shape reporting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue processes across the Revenue Operations team. This position focuses on tactical execution and will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our sales data & reporting.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Audit, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources (CRMs, spreadsheets, databases) for migration into Salesforce. 
  • Assist with mapping legacy fields to Salesforce’s data model in coordination with our Salesforce consultants and the Revenue Operations Manager. 
  • Execute and validate test migrations, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and deduplication. 
  • Establish and document scalable processes for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment. 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cross-functional data integrity. 
  • Assist with current revenue operations processes as needed; help identify gaps or areas for improvement.  

Key Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, data analytics, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, sales operations, Salesforce administration, or a related role with strong exposure to Salesforce. 
  • Skills: 
    • Incredible attention to detail. 
    • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas). 
    • Proven ability to clean, sanitize, and present large datasets from multiple sources. 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders. 
    • Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and LTV. 
  • Nice to Have 
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, validation rules, etc.). 
    • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment. 
    • Understanding of sales funnel metrics, lead lifecycle, and GTM performance indicators. 
    • Familiarity with sales operations platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo. 
    • Salesforce certifications. 
  • Time Commitment: ~30 hours per week for 4-6 months 

 

Expected Compensation: $30/hour
