Associate Account Executive

Position Overview:
As an Associate Account Executive (AAE) at EverPass Media, you’ll play a critical role in growing our commercial footprint and delivering on sales quota for the assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and helping close new business with sports bars, hospitality groups, and other public venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, sports-savvy salesperson to learn the ropes of B2B media distribution while contributing to the rollout of high-profile new platform that delivers content like NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock Sports Pass, Amazon Th Night Football, Paramount+ and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and prospect potential commercial customers within assigned markets
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Educate business owners and decision-makers on the value of EverPass products
- Support the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal close and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on sports broadcast schedules, product updates, and competitive landscape
- Deliver on subscription goals
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for live sports and a strong understanding of the commercial viewing landscape
- Driven, coachable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital communication platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $60,000 - $75,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
