About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile Digital Designer with strong motion design experience to join our growing creative team. This role has a dual focus. You’ll serve as the dedicated designer on one of our largest enterprise accounts, and you’ll also contribute to EverPass’ internal brand, marketing, and sales initiatives.
On the enterprise side, you’ll partner with key clients to create compelling on-screen campaigns and visual assets that align with their marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with client marketing and in-venue operations teams and work closely with the EverPass account team across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll participate in regular client meetings, contribute to creative discussions, and bring campaigns to life through high-performing, engaging visuals with a strong emphasis on motion.
You’ll also work alongside our marketers and designers to ensure brand consistency across EverPass sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, ad campaigns, social content, emails, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and deliver motion and static creative assets across a range of formats, including on-screen video, promotional graphics, digital signage, social content, and emails
- Serve as the dedicated designer on one of our key enterprise accounts, working directly with the client and internal teams
- Attend weekly client meetings to present creative, contribute ideas, and gather feedback
- Develop campaign assets that align with the client's marketing goals and perform well in commercial environments
- Design EverPass sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, promotional graphics, product visuals, and branded content
- Maintain and evolve templates and design systems that support efficient, scalable creative execution
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and formats
- Stay current on design, motion, and marketing trends to keep work fresh, engaging, and effective

Creative & Conceptual
- Concept development and creative ideation

- Graphic design for digital signage, social, email, and presentations
- Motion design and animation
- Video editing and audio editing
- Creating scalable design systems and templates
Collaboration & Communication
- Participating in client meetings and collaborative brainstorms
- Interpreting feedback and iterating quickly
- Presenting and communicating design ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Understanding of performance-focused creative
- Designing with both brand consistency and conversion goals in mind
- Bonus: Familiarity with the needs of commercial venues (bars, restaurants, hospitality)

- 5 - 7 years required
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $80,000 - $90,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
