About the Role 
 
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take part in the entire product development process, from early exploration and concepting to detailed design and implementation. You'll own and assist in shaping intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms, bringing together interaction, visual design, and multimedia thinking. Whether you're designing user flows, interfaces, or suggesting the definition of how content shows up on screen, your work will play a key role in how businesses engage their customers through live sports and entertainment. Creating memorable and impactful experiences across the EverPass ecosystem. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Design user-centered experiences across EverPass’s platforms, with a focus on multimedia content and interaction. 
  • Participate in all phases of the product development process—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation. 
  • Work closely with your manager and fellow designers, alongside Product, Engineering, and other teams across our Chicago and Montevideo offices to translate business goals and user needs into compelling designs. 
  • Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and animations that clearly communicate interaction and flow. 
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and TV. 
  • Explore and apply multimedia elements to enhance user engagement. 
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to iterate and improve designs. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies relevant to product and multimedia design. 

 

Knowledge and Experience  

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong skills in Product Design with attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Figma, including advanced features. 
  • Familiar with design systems and component-based thinking. 
  • Experience designing web and mobile platforms; TV platform design is a plus. 
  • Passionate about UX/UI and curious about emerging technologies — motion, sound, real-time content, video, AI. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
  • Key team player
