Sales Analyst

Position Overview:
EverPass Media is seeking a Sales Analyst focused on the casino and gaming market to support revenue growth through data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational support. This role will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to help inform go-to-market strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support sales execution across casino accounts.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations—especially in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Support market analysis and segmentation for the gaming vertical, including identifying opportunities, maintaining compliance, and delivering timely performance reporting
- Monitor, maintain, and execute compliance functions such as gaming registrations for various tribes, municipalities, and states that are required to do business
- Analyze sales performance across casino and gaming accounts, including pipeline health, win/loss trends, deal velocity, and revenue attainment
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, quotas, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with sales leadership to define account prioritization and GTM strategy
- Serve as connection point between Gaming Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations
- Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting and insights for sales leadership, with guidance from senior team members
Market & Account Analysis
- Segment casino customers by size, region, ownership group, and property type to identify whitespace and upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Support short- and medium-term revenue forecasting through pipeline analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends within the casino and gaming industry
Forecasting & Revenue Planning
- Support short- and long-term revenue forecasting for casino vertical
- Partner with Sales and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Analyze pricing, discounting, and deal structures to inform revenue strategy
Sales Enablement & Operations Support
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
- Develop standardized reporting and tools to help sales teams prioritize accounts and opportunities
- Assist with commission analysis, territory planning, and quota setting as needed
Qualifications:
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, finance, business analysis, or a related analytical role Relevant internships or internships-to-full-time experience will be considered
- Exposure to or interest in the casino, gaming, or regulated industries, with willingness to learn gaming registration processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
Preferred
- Experience in streaming media, sports, hospitality, gaming, or casino-related industries
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based selling
- Familiarity with subscription, licensing, or enterprise sales models
- SQL experience or willingness to learn
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 - $75,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
