This is a highly visible role that works directly with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and Marketing, ensuring sellers can clearly articulate EverPass’s value across legal compliance, sports rights, technology, and revenue impact for venues.

The ideal candidate has ~5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement, thrives in fast-growth environments, and understands how to train sellers on complex, consultative sales involving sports content, technology, and business risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the sales training and enablement strategy for EverPass’s inside sales, Account Managers, Third Party Sales Channels, and Piracy Compliance teams
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align training priorities with revenue goals and product launches
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on how training can improve conversion, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal size
  • Assist in developing pitch decks for a variety of customer types & situations
  • Personally design, deliver, and iterate training programs, including live sessions, workshops, and recorded enablement content

Onboarding & Ramp (Hospitality-Focused)

  • Design structured onboarding programs for:
    • Account executives, Account Managers, and other sales focused roles
  • Build 30-60-90 day ramp plans that cover:
    • Sports rights and commercial licensing fundamentals
    • Hospitality buyer personas (owners, GMs, operators, IT, legal)
    • Objection handling
    • Product Positioning
  • Ensure new hires can independently articulate EverPass’s value proposition within their first 30 days
  • Partner with sales leadership to define what fully ramped means by role and enforce standards

Sports Media Selling & Methodology

  • Train sellers on:
    • Selling live sports as a traffic and revenue driver
    • Differentiating EverPass from consumer streaming and illegal setups as well as traditional competitors in our marketplace
    • Handling piracy, compliance, and risk conversations professionally
    • Occupancy-based pricing, venue size, and commercial licensing logic
  • Reinforce consistent sales methodology across teams (qualification, discovery, close)

Enable front-line managers with coaching frameworks, call scorecards, and deal reviews

Enablement Content & Playbooks

  • Build and maintain EverPass-specific enablement assets:
    • Sports-specific talk tracks (NFL, NCAA, PPV, regional relevance)
    • Piracy conversion scripts and objection handling
    • Competitive battlecards (Satellite, Cable, other non commercial streaming options)
    • Venue-type playbooks (sports bars, casual dining, casinos, hotels)
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to ensure training reflects:
    • Current sports rights plus content roadmap
    • Product capabilities / functionality
    • League and network positioning

Measurement, Performance & ROI

  • Define and track training impact using metrics such as:
    • Ramp time to first deal
    • Call quality and connect-to-meeting rates
    • Close rates on piracy conversion leads
    • Average deal size and package attach rates
  • Use call recordings, CRM data, and field feedback to continuously improve programs inclusive of calibration sessions for sales calls
  • Own enablement KPIs and regularly present insights and recommendations to Sales and Executive Leadership
  • Translate training outcomes into revenue impact, not just activity metrics

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner closely with RevOps to align training with Salesforce workflows, lead dispositioning, and reporting
  • Support launches of new sports packages, pricing models, and seasonal selling motions
  • Ensure training scales as EverPass expands leagues, products, and customer segments

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership
  • Proven experience training B2B sales teams in complex or consultative sales
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and rep ramp
  • Experience building onboarding and enablement programs from scratch
  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
  • Comfortable training teams on legal, technical, and business-value concepts
  • Prior experience with SalesForce, Outreach, Hubspot
  • Ability to work with a geographically remote sales team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports media, SaaS, streaming, hospitality, or other subscription-based businesses
  • Experience with selling into bars, restaurants, hotels, or multi-location operators
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying rep or sales manager

What Success Looks Like

  • Faster ramp and higher confidence for new sales hires
  • Clear, consistent messaging around EverPass’s sports rights and legality advantage
  • Improved conversion of piracy and “DIY streaming” prospects
  • Managers spending more time coaching and less time correcting fundamentals
  • Sales teams that sell sports as a business investment—not just content

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
