About the role
Are you an educator or sales person that thrives on helping others succeed? Are you passionate about assistive technology as well as building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we want you on our team! We're seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team in the Nordics, with a primary focus on Sweden. As a Customer Success Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers not only adopt and get value from our solutions but also achieve their business goals through them. You'll be a key part of the Nordic Customer Success team, reporting directly to the Customer Success Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow existing customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell customers to our latest tools and cross-sell other relevant solutions, maximizing their value from Everway.
- Create and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring they quickly understand our products and how to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including webinars and user videos, and contribute to engaging content for customer events.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Champion customer needs and feedback within Everway, collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates, demonstrating the value of your work.
- Efficiently manage customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Handle essential sales administration tasks.
Essential Criteria
- A demonstrated passion for education and a background in pedagogy.
- Experience supporting students with assistive tools and diverse learning needs, including guiding and training other educators on their effective use.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including crafting compelling marketing content, delivering engaging webinars, and representing the company effectively at events and fairs.
- Project management skills, including experience planning and executing events such as conferences, fairs, and similar initiatives.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, including subscriptions and renewals.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Experience using CRM systems
- Norwegian and Danish language skills
