About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will work in the Oslo office, surrounded by a dynamic and supportive environment. Our sales department is focused on driving growth in the local market, both by promoting existing products and introducing new ones.
In this role, you'll be responsible for booking meetings with potential decision-makers within workplaces, helping to build relationships and create new opportunities for the company. We’re looking for a goal-oriented individual with a positive, resilient mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Main Responsibilities
- Booking meetings
- Support the sales team
- Ensure that potential customers receive an outstanding first impression
Measures of Success
- Meetings booked and leads generated
- Grow the overall pipeline for the sales team
- Establishing professional and long lasting relationships.
- Weekly status on meetings booked
Essential Criteria
- 1+ years with telemarketing or sales experience
- Proficiency in basic IT skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in Danish both orally and in writing and a good understanding of English.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with BANT sales methodology and the ability to qualify leads based on its principles.
