About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Learning & Development who can seamlessly balance vision with execution; part strategist, part architect, and part champion of growth. This isn’t about checking boxes or rolling out one-size-fits-all training. This is about designing a world-class learning ecosystem that unlocks potential, accelerates growth, and prepares our people for what’s next .

As a key member of the L&D Team, you’ll lead the charge on learning globally, building programs, systems, and experiences that are as inclusive and innovative as the products we deliver. You’ll identify learning needs across the organization and develop initiatives that are both deeply human and strategically aligned to our business goals.

If you're energized by high-impact, high-visibility work and excited to shape how a global team learns, grows, and thrives, you’re in the right place.

Main responsibilities

  • Build the learning & development program across a global, fast-scaling organization.
  • Design bold, blended learning experiences from onboarding and leadership to upskilling and cross-functional growth.
  • Integrate learning into the flow of work, aligning development with performance, progression, and engagement.
  • Champion career mobility, building clear frameworks and development paths that support individual goals and business needs.
  • Oversee learning and development for our Engineering Center of Excellence, driving continuous upskilling and technical growth.
  • Build a feedback-driven culture, embedding coaching, peer learning, and continuous improvement across the employee journey.
  • Measure what matters, tying learning programs to real outcomes and business impact.
  • Stay future-focused, bringing in trends, tools, and approaches that keep us ahead of the curve.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years of Learning and Development experience, preferably in a high-growth or global environment.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and organizational development.
  • Proven success designing scalable programs that drive learning in real-time, not just in the classroom.
  • Fluency with learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and digital tools that support self-directed and team-based learning.
  • Experience working across functions with an inclusive lens and collaborative approach.
  • Comfort owning KPIs and outcomes while staying connected to the people behind the data.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience designing and delivering learning programs across multiple countries or regions.
  • Cultural fluency and an ability to build inclusive learning experiences for diverse global teams.
  • Experience leading learning initiatives during periods of organizational transformation, M&A, or rapid scaling.
  • Manager experience

If you’re reading this and thinking, “I might not check every single box”, please apply. We’re building a team that reflects the richness of the communities we serve. Your perspective, background, and growth mindset might be exactly what we need to push our thinking and expand what’s possible.
