About the role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing tactics for multiple countries,  ensuring alignment with project priorities and team goals. This role supports  all general marketing tactics, including demand generation tactics on a variety of digital channels; marketing campaigns, digital content, and digital and in-person events to drive lead generation and customer engagement for the Workplace business unit. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing assets that support multi-channel marketing tactics and strategies across paid media, SEO, social media, web, email, events, and partnerships. 
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by planning  and executing marketing tactics  that align with defined campaign brief and objectives , focusing on customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Create reports and analyze data of key performance data, key marketing tactics, audience segments, and channels.

  • Develop sales enablement assets and materials in coordination with Leadership to equip sales teams for ideal and optimized customer journeys.

Ensure quality control of assets created via systematic reviews and adhering to team guidelines on publication and launch readiness 
Maintain team templates and asset management system. Working closely with Content Lead, support inventory management and optimization necessary to easily repurpose content at scale. 

Essential Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign management and digital content creation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt global strategies for local execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and a general understanding of digital marketing best practices.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and digital advertising platforms.
