About the role

We’re looking for a UI Engineer to join our UX Engineering team. In this role, you'll help bridge the gap between Product Design and Engineering, ensuring that our product experiences are inclusive, polished, and thoughtfully implemented.

You'll collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to develop high-quality, reusable UI components and contribute to our Design System. Your work will directly support scalable, accessible, and consistent user experiences across our platform.

We value collaboration, curiosity, and thoughtful problem-solving over credentials alone. If you’re passionate about creating user-centered products and love bringing designs to life, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring high-fidelity designs to life with care and precision.
  • Build and maintain accessible, scalable, and reusable components using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React).
  • Help evolve our internal Design System and advocate for consistent UI patterns across products.
  • Use tools like Figma (Dev Mode) to ensure accurate implementation from design specs.
  • Support accessibility and inclusivity in every UI component, meeting WCAG standards.
  • Share feedback with designers to help close the gap between design intent and implementation.
  • Contribute to UI architecture discussions and promote frontend best practices across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on commercial experience in frontend/UI development, UX engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
  • 1+ years experience with React
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML) and a willingness to learn more.
  • Experience working with Figma for design handoff and inspection.
  • Exposure to component-based development, design systems, and scalable UI architecture.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Mindset of ownership and self-motivation
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience documenting large CSS codebases or using systems like BEM or ITCSS.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or other styling strategies.
  • Exposure to UI testing tools like Storybook, Chromatic, or Jest.
  • Knowledge of design token systems and Figma integrations.
  • An eye for performance and accessibility in motion and interaction design.

Join our team and enjoy a competitive salary with bonus opportunities, flexible work schedules, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. We offer flexible time off plans, career growth through development programs, and a collaborative, innovative culture where your ideas matter.  Ready to make an impact? Apply today and be part of a company that invests in your success!
