About the Role:
As the International EDU Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end enablement strategy and execution for the international education sales team—ensuring every seller is ramped, confident, and consistently exceeding expectations.

You’ll bring first-hand sales experience to the table—ideally in SaaS or EdTech—paired with the energy of a standout facilitator and the strategic mindset of a builder. Enablement at Everway is not about checking training boxes—it’s about driving measurable sales impact: win rates, pipeline progression, and seller productivity.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success, acting as a synthesizer, coach, and champion. Your efforts will localize global strategies to match regional realities while shaping a scalable, AI-first enablement culture fueled by automation, tooling, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own enablement for the International EDU Sales team—across onboarding, sales methodology, product training, and continuous development.

  • Design and deliver high-energy virtual and in-person training that inspires confidence and drives seller performance.

  • Create scalable, action-oriented resources that simplify complex offerings for global markets.

  • Position enablement as a strategic growth lever, focused on metrics like ramp time, win rates, and pipeline conversion.

  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps) to align on GTM strategy and ensure consistency across touchpoints.

  • Use tools like 360Learning, Showpad, Confluence, and Salesforce to scale programs efficiently and track impact.

  • Localize programs to reflect regional challenges and opportunities, with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Be a personable, motivating presence in meetings, kickoffs, and enablement sessions—bringing clarity and energy to every interaction.

  • Contribute to building our AI-first enablement strategy, leveraging tooling and automation to scale your impact.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years of enablement, training, or field sales experience—with direct quota-carrying experience strongly preferred.

  • Background in SaaS or EdTech; experience in EdTech strongly preferred, with deep understanding of how schools, institutions, and government buyers make decisions.

  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes through enablement—focused on seller performance, not just learning outputs.

  • Confident, dynamic facilitator with an engaging, high-energy presence (think: lights up a Zoom room).

  • Top-tier communication skills—written and verbal. Adept at synthesizing complex inputs and presenting clearly across functions and geos.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills—comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Creative problem-solver with a solution-first mindset.

  • Tech-savvy and tool-fluent—bonus if you’ve used LMS platforms (360Learning), Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Confluence.
  • Based in Antrim or able to travel to our Antrim office for team collaboration and occasional live sessions.

Desirable  Criteria:

  • Strong technical aptitude and a bias for learning new tools and processes quickly.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones, with diverse languages and culture contexts.
  • Familiarity with the education sector (schools, Further Education, Higher Education)
  • Understanding of government funding and grant processes, particularly in the education space.
