About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Specialist to lead Everway’s presence within the Access to Work sector. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders supporting individuals with additional needs in the workplace. Through clear communication and sector engagement, you’ll raise awareness and drive uptake of Everway’s products, ensuring more employees with neurodiverse needs receive the tools they need to thrive through Access to Work funding.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, remove barriers to access, and champion the use of our tools. By building relationships, delivering impactful messaging, and tracking sector trends, you will play a vital part in growing Everway’s influence and ensuring our solutions reach the people who need them most.

This role requires an enthusiastic, driven individual who is passionate about helping others succeed in the workplace through the use of assistive technology.  

Main Responsibilities 

  • Own Quota for revenue generated from Access to Work within Everway
  • Help increase usage/adoption of Everway products within Access to Work 
  • Answer staff and customer product related questions in a friendly and timely manner
  • Deliver product presentations to customers, prospects, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Identify new market opportunities and product needs
  • Work closely with Product Management to help inform future product roadmap 
  • Create product-related sales enablement resources such as presentations
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK

Essential Criteria 

  • 2+ years experience working within the Assistive Technology industry or Edtech industry
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering both in-person and online demonstrations, training sessions, or awareness events.
  • Experience using and maintaining CRM databases to track engagement, report activity, and manage relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to a variety of audiences, including assessors, suppliers and Access to Work professionals.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, training, and product teams to align sector strategy and execution.

Desirable Criteria 

  • Direct experience or strong working knowledge of the Access to Work scheme, including stakeholders, processes, and funding pathways.
  • Background in training, coaching, or professional development, ideally supporting individuals with additional needs.
  • Familiarity with leveraging LinkedIn to engage sector professionals and raise awareness of assistive technology.
  • Experience gathering and sharing market intelligence to inform strategy, campaigns, or product positioning.
