We are seeking a Director,  Revenue Operations- Data and Insights to catapult our combined businesses to standardization, automation, and scalability. This role will lead a team of analysts internationally, and serve as a partner across all business units of Everway. This team leader will be at the forefront of creating and iterating continuous improvement across business reporting for Sales, Renewals, CS, Revenue Teams, SDRs, and all functions under the CRO. This leader must be a self-starter driven by curiosity to solve problems, automation for reporting and analyzing on the key aspects of the business, and ability to identify trends and their causes with large amounts of complex data from a variety of sources.  

Main Responsibilities

1. Scalable Scorecards & Reporting

  • Design and implement standardized reporting frameworks across all business units to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in performance tracking in partnership with our Data and Finance Teams. 
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual work, improve timeliness, and increase reliability of insights delivery.
  • Develop scalable scorecards and dashboards that highlight key metrics and enable leaders to quickly identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring reports translate into actionable insights for executives and frontline managers.

2. Renewal & Customer Success Insights

  • Analyze renewal performance and customer health trends to provide predictive insights that strengthen retention and expansion strategies.
  • Partner directly with both our CCO and CRO to design leading-indicator models for renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify key drivers of customer churn and success and translate findings into recommendations for proactive engagement strategies.
  • Integrate customer success metrics into the broader revenue operations framework to align retention goals with new business and financial outcomes.

3. Cross-Business Unit Alignment

  • Create a unified metric framework that aligns Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance around consistent definitions and measurement standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive, top-to-bottom views of business performance that connect operational metrics to strategic outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment conversations by equipping leaders with shared dashboards and data narratives that foster solution-oriented dialogue.
  • Support system and process integration efforts by embedding common reporting standards into cross-unit tools and platforms.

4. Leadership & Strategic Enablement

  • Act as the data strategy partner for Revenue Operations leadership, ensuring analytics priorities directly support business objectives.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement, enabling teams to challenge assumptions and explore growth opportunities through data.
  • Mentor and grow analytics talent within Revenue Operations, building capacity for scalable and advanced insights generation.
  • Champion data quality and governance, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of 

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years of Management experience in Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record of working cross-departmentally at Executive and Frontline manager levels
  • Background in data visualization and proven reporting capabilities 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • A history of developing talent and bringing the best out of their team 
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and different levels of the organization.
