About the Role 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) to lead regional marketing activities in Norway. In this role, you’ll own the Norway marketing strategy, driving multi-channel campaigns, events, and communications that resonate with local audiences while aligning with Everway’s global brand. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and education teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage product updates and launches, and ensure strong local engagement across digital, social, and event channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance creativity with execution, helping to grow brand presence, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships in the region.

Main Responsibilities 

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Own the activation of Everway’s marketing strategy in Norway by acting as the in-region specialist, focusing on local market and sector needs. Responsible for regional activation strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and customer success stakeholders.
  • Develop campaign briefs, including objectives, target audience, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns, from concept and strategy through execution, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources across design, content creation, and paid media.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels: events, digital, partnerships, webinars, email, and social.

Events & Webinars

  • Plan and support webinars, seminars, and courses in collaboration with the Norway education team.
  • Manage digital communications, promotional activities, and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure events are leveraged for lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership.

Product Updates & Regional Communications

  • Lead regional communication activity for all product updates, launches, and changes impacting the Norway market.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric messaging that reflects local needs and context while aligning with the Everway brand.
  • Oversee the creation, localisation, and execution of communications across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with regional KPIs.

Brand & Content Localisation

  • Maintain and grow local brand channels, including Norway’s website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Adapt centrally created content for local relevance, ensuring cultural fit and resonance with Norwegian audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while amplifying regional nuances.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as liaison between marketing, sales, and technical teams to support requests for marketing input.
  • Provide marketing support for recruitment initiatives, partnerships, and customer retention activities.

Administration & Reporting

  • Manage campaign budgets, including purchase orders and expenditure tracking.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Deliver regular updates to stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and ROI.

Essential Criteria

  • Undergraduate degree. 
  • 2+ years proven B2B marketing experience with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to localise and adapt content for regional audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in digital, events, email, and social marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with campaign reporting experience.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in product marketing and regional product communications.
  • Knowledge of EdTech or SaaS marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Track record in delivering webinars, events, and customer stories.
