About the role

Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, this role is a key contributor to building the future of Everway. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help shape our global teams by hiring exceptional people who embody our values of curiosity, courage and commitment. 

You’ll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor by guiding them through our standardized hiring processes, shaping effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a consistent, equitable, and engaging experience for every candidate. Your expertise will directly support Everway’s growth and strengthen our culture as we scale.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, global searches to attract top-tier talent across functions and levels.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Everway’s standardized processes, from intake and sourcing to leading offer processes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and insights that elevate hiring decisions and ensure consistency.
  • Use data and hiring metrics to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate impact.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Everway’s values and strengthens our employer brand.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Ensure alignment with regional hiring regulations and best practices.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to support Talent Acquisition team goals.
  • Balance multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Essential Criteria

  • 3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong track record of attracting high-quality talent.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing strategies, with the ability to engage and convert top candidates.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse pipelines.
  • Ability to leverage hiring data, insights, and analytics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusting partnerships at all levels.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
  • Background working in a remote-first SaaS environment and navigating distributed hiring.
  • Extensive experience in senior-level technical recruitment with deep understanding of engineering, product, and related technical functions.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or familiarity with its talent landscape.
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
  • Knowledge of global employment practices, regulations, and compliance considerations.
