About the role 

The Campaign Manager (Central Marketing) is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across Everway’s key markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities and proven experience delivering full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns.

A central part of the role is driving key global campaign types including - product awareness, milestone moments, global customer marketing, brand and demand generation. Focusing on driving Everway's mission and purpose

The Campaign Manager also creates scalable toolkits and assets to enable commercial teams while ensuring global consistency and local relevance. They play a pivotal role in advancing Everway’s global marketing strategy and improving campaign processes across the organisation.

Campaign Strategy, Briefing & Project Leadership

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle - from initial brief and strategy through execution, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Develop strategic campaign briefs that define objectives, target audiences, messaging, positioning, and channel plans.
  • Lead strategy and project management across all major campaign types, including product campaigns, milestone moments, global customer case studies/impact, and thematic campaigns. 
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned to Everway’s global marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless, high-quality execution.
  • Acts as a key link between central shared resource and field marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and timely briefings on campaigns and marketing activities. 

Global Campaign Execution

  • Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns partnering with central teams (automation, content, design) to bring campaign strategies to life.
  • Determine the optimal channel mix for each campaign based on audience insights, objectives, and performance data.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select the right partners and platforms to support campaign delivery, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Own and manage relationships with third-party partners and external vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and accountability to timelines and deliverables.
  • Work with central teams (automation, content, design) to bring campaign strategies to life and maintain global consistency while supporting local adaptation.
  • Build and deliver comprehensive campaign toolkits, playbooks, frameworks, and creative assets.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the strategic lead and central point of coordination across marketing, product, sales, and other business units.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively about campaign strategies, plans, risks, progress, and performance.
  • Influence and collaborate across teams and geographies to ensure alignment and strong adoption of global campaigns.
  • Provide transparent, insight-driven updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Conduct structured post-campaign reviews and embed insights into future campaign design and operations.
  • Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting in partnership with MarOps.
  • Interpret insights to make strategic recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and future planning.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation across channels and partners.
  • Oversee the PO process from initiation through reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial tracking and ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in integrated marketing within SaaS/tech.
  • Proven track record delivering global, multi-channel campaigns across brand, product, and demand gen.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence across global teams.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience developing and scaling global campaign processes, frameworks, and toolkits.
  • Familiarity with global market dynamics and localisation best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems - Sugar, Mautic or Salesforce. 
  • Background in SaaS product launches or large-scale global campaigns.
