About the role

As our Reward Specialist, you’ll lead the design and delivery of our global compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with local legislation as required. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to create programmes that are competitive, equitable, and fully aligned with our business ambitions and legal standards, helping us attract, retain, and inspire exceptional talent worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and total rewards packages on a regular basis in each of our locations.
  • Manage and analyse employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programmes.
  • Review and maintain competitive compensation plans (including base salary, bonuses, and incentives) that attract and retain top talent.
  • Review and maintain salary bands which are competitive in the local market and ensure adherence with global pay transparency legislation.
  • Subject matter expert for our job architecture framework ensuring equity across the company for work of equal value.
  • Stay up-to-date on other related employment policy, legislation and related regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication on compensation and benefits programmes to employees.
  • Identify opportunities for voluntary and/or flexible benefits within regions and implement the same.
  • Work with HR leadership on enhancements to leave policies and other policy related benefits.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organisation's goals.
  • Oversee the budget for compensation and benefits programmes.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior level Compensation & Benefits role or a global Compensation & Benefits role.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures and benefits programmes.
  • Experience implementing job architecture frameworks.
  • Proven track record of analysing market data, salary surveys, and benchmarking reports to develop competitive compensation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance issues related to compensation and benefits across multiple jurisdictions, particularly EUPTD and US federal and state legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., payroll, benefits administration software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
