About the role

As the Revenue Enablement Specialist for North America, you'll design, deliver and continuously improve enablement programmes that help our Sales and Customer Operations teams succeed throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll partner with regional commercial leaders and global teams to ensure our go-to-market teams have the knowledge, tools and resources they need to support customers and achieve commercial objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Policy teams, you'll lead strategic enablement initiatives that improve onboarding, strengthen capability, support product launches and drive consistent messaging across the region. You'll also use data and AI-enabled approaches to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Independently lead, manage and deliver cross-functional enablement initiatives from conception through to completion, aligning North American commercial priorities with global Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Own AI-First Enablement Programmes: Design, scale and deliver AI-enabled, role-specific learning pathways that reduce time to productivity. Use generative AI and automation to provide timely guidance, resources and workflows that support Sales and Customer Operations teams.
  • Full-Lifecycle Programme Architecture: Build, launch and continuously improve commercial enablement programmes covering onboarding through to ongoing capability development. Partner with Sales, Customer Operations and Marketing to strengthen cross-sell initiatives and improve the effectiveness of the customer journey.
  • Dynamic Programme Delivery: Deliver engaging enablement sessions and facilitate learning experiences that build capability across regional commercial teams, adapting content to different audiences and learning needs.
  • Campaign Support & Preparation: Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure commercial teams are prepared for campaigns, product launches and key events by providing relevant messaging, training and enablement resources.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Use data and analytics to measure programme effectiveness, communicate programme performance and recommend continuous improvements to enablement initiatives.
  • Global-to-Regional Alignment & Localisation: Act as the primary liaison between global enablement functions and the North American commercial organisation. Translate global strategic initiatives into effective regional execution, adapting materials to local market requirements, regional product positioning and customer needs.

Essential criteria

  • 3–5 years' experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, commercial training or a quota-carrying commercial role.
  • Proven experience leading, managing and delivering cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using generative AI, AI-enabled tools or conversational intelligence platforms (such as Gong) to improve seller productivity, learning programmes or onboarding.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders and can deliver engaging learning and enablement sessions.
  • Experience working in SaaS, EdTech or a similar commercial environment.
  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing and Product teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programmes that support commercial performance and organisational objectives.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience working within the EdTech sector.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems and AI-enabled enablement technologies.
