The Principal Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and drive meaningful business growth. As a senior product leader, you will combine strong product fundamentals with modern tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI and large language models, to accelerate discovery, sharpen decision making, and unlock new sources of customer value. The ideal candidate brings deep product expertise, works effectively across cross functional teams, and is passionate about building innovative, high impact products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership 

  • Participate in executive-level discussions and decisions, representing the voice of the product and customer.
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into products and internal workflows, ensuring responsible, ethical, and high-impact implementation.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Thought Leadership 

  • Has a deep understanding of the product landscape and engages in sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and translate those insights into actionable product opportunities

Product discovery

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and ensure that it aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Leverage generative AI tools and rapid prototyping technologies to explore solutions, validate hypotheses, and accelerate insight generation during discovery.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product

Product delivery

  • Define product features and user stories, and ensure that they are well-documented and communicated to the development team
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure that the product backlog is maintained and prioritized
  • Continuously improve the product management process and Agile methodologies used by the team
  • Be accountable for delivering the product improvements on time, in alignment with the business stakeholders

Stakeholder management 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including development, UI/UX design, marketing, and sales) to ensure that product requirements are understood and delivered
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, and ensure that their feedback is incorporated into the product development process
  • Create content for product marketing such as intro videos for new features/products, how-to articles, user guides, and product update material intended for both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management at a senior level with a proven track record of successfully delivering products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product management teams
  • Demonstrated familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar, and the ability to apply them effectively to problem-solving, analysis, or product development workflows
  • Requires having a combination of technical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset and strong business acumen
  • Strong understanding of product development best practices, including product roadmap development, user story creation, and Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment where you lead stand up meetings
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes such as Azure a plus
  • Experience with data analytics and product performance measurement
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with database systems such as SQL or NoSQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
