About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Specialist to introduce our revolutionary AI-powered SaaS platform to dental labs worldwide. This is your chance to blend technical expertise with consultative selling to transform how dental labs operate.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with dental labs, understanding their operational needs and challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to decision-makers in B2B environments.
- Manage the entire B2B SaaS sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Act as a trusted advisor, explaining complex technical concepts simply and guiding clients through onboarding and integration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and shape future product developments.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, meet/exceed targets, and ensure accurate CRM tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to mid-to-large businesses; familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Technically inclined — able to understand and translate software features into clear business benefits.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in the dental industry or medical technology sales.
