About the Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly organized Operations Manager to lead exciting projects and administrative tasks in our vibrant Korea office! This pivotal role will involve coordinating with our incredible teams in Manila, Korea, and Vancouver, ensuring seamless communication and the successful execution of projects across multiple locations.
The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to manage both strategic initiatives and the daily operations that keep our momentum going!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operations in Korea, tackling challenges head-on and escalating issues when necessary.
- Take charge of overseeing and managing exciting projects that need to be executed in Korea.
- Handle administrative (행정) and operational tasks that support our dynamic business activities.
- Coordinate effectively with our awesome office managers and coordinators in Manila, Korea, and Vancouver.
- Facilitate cross-office communication to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
- Support our leadership team with insightful reporting, documentation, and operational processes.
- Spot opportunities for operational improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Assist with HR-related support, including onboarding coordination, fostering employee engagement, and addressing local office needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills that shine!
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project management.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel between our offices (Manila, Vancouver, or within Korea).
- Korean citizenship holder (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Proficiency in Tagalog (bonus).
- Proven experience in operations management, office administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills that keep everything running smoothly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative international team environment.
