What You’ll Do 

Lead the Journey — From First Login to Lifelong Success 

  • Guide dental practices and labs through an exceptional onboarding experience. 
  • Use your clinical background to analyze workflows—from patient intake to case completion—and align them with EviSmart capabilities. 
  • Deliver practical guidance on digital dentistry best practices and optimize how clients manage digital cases. 
  • Communicate complex technical and clinical topics in simple, relatable terms. 
  • Ensure customers achieve smooth and confident adoption of the platform. 

Drive Innovation — Bridge Needs and New Ideas 

  • Identify gaps in platform functionality related to dental workflows and clinical requirements. 
  • Work closely with dentists, lab technicians, and practice teams to understand pain points in digital case management. 
  • Document custom feature requirements that improve clinical outcomes, efficiency, and communication. 
  • Manage post-onboarding custom development projects, ensuring enhancements meet clinical standards and user expectations. 
  • Act as the bridge between real-world clinical needs and technical development teams. 

Build Partnerships That Last 

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with dentists, practice managers, and lab technicians. 
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor who understands both clinical and operational aspects of digital dentistry. 
  • Travel to dental clinics and laboratories to observe live workflows and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Facilitate discussions around digital cases, treatment planning, and optimizing patient outcomes. 
  • Advocate for the customer’s voice internally to ensure enhancements create real value. 

Champion EviSmart — From Demo to Delivery 

  • Join pre-sales conversations as the dental technology expert. 
  • Demonstrate how EviSmart enhances digital dentistry workflows and case management. 
  • Confidently discuss clinical and technical dental procedures to help prospects understand the platform’s impact. 
  • Highlight future customization opportunities that support long-term clinical success. 

What We’re Looking For 

Must-Have Qualifications: 

  • Clinical dental experience or extensive background in dental sales/support. 
  • Proven experience working directly with dentists, labs, and dental professionals. 
  • Deep understanding of dental workflows, digital impressions, treatment planning, and lab communication. 
  • Ability to simplify complex dental technology concepts for non-technical users. 
  • Strong project management skills, especially in managing post-implementation enhancements. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Willingness to travel frequently to dental offices and labs. 

Nice-To-Have Qualifications: 

  • Experience with digital dentistry platforms or practice management systems. 
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows and digital integration. 
  • Understanding of dental technology regulatory considerations. 
  • Experience in dental sales, clinical support, or similar client-facing dental roles. 
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
