About the Role 

We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop our flagship products and integration frameworks that connect legacy and modern systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to technical discussions, participate in code and design reviews, and help shape scalable, high-performance software solutions. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, test, and support web applications and integration services 

• Troubleshoot application failures and recommend effective solutions 

• Optimize existing code for performance, security, and scalability 

• Participate in code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions 

• Ensure compliance with software development processes and procedures 

• Drive continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the team 

• Communicate project progress and deliverables to stakeholders 

• Occasionally work outside normal hours to meet critical deadlines 

• Foster a vibrant team culture and lead initiatives to engage colleagues 

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience as a software engineer or developer in a professional environment 

• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or other relevant frameworks 

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (ReactJS, JavaScript, or similar) 

• Experience with database systems, preferably MSSQL or similar relational databases 

• Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment 

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced development cycle

• Story Points Completed per Sprint: Delivering functionality on time and within Agile cycles 

• Code Churn Rate: Writing high-quality code with minimal rewrites due to errors 

• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Solving complex technical problems and implementing innovative solutions
