Sales & Onboarding Support for APAC
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the moving parts in our sales and onboarding process. That means making sure paperwork gets done, follow-ups happen, and customers have what they need, without us having to chase it down.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customers, and other internal teams to keep things smooth, efficient, and on track. The role will evolve, and we need someone who’s not only okay with that but thrives in it.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing onboarding workflows: contracts, follow-ups, coordination

Supporting new customers as they get started and need help

Keeping sales organized and informed, especially as needs evolve

Eventually contributing to light marketing or customer outreach efforts
You are someone who:

Has strong people skills and communicates clearly with both teams and customers

Can handle shifting priorities and keep things moving without dropping the ball

Isn’t fazed by ambiguity or change, instead, you adapt and figure things out

Can stand your ground when needed and troubleshoot issues independently

Is eager to learn how sales, support, and operations come together.
This is a full-time, onsite role aligned with Manila daytime hours (starting as early as 6:00 a.m.).

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday
⏰ Schedule: 6/8am to 3/5pm
