About the Role 

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint & Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize our IT endpoint ecosystem. You’ll manage the lifecycle of workstations, ensure network reliability, enforce security protocols, and provide expert escalation support. This role is critical to maintaining seamless, secure, and high-performing IT operations for our global teams. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Endpoint Lifecycle Management: Architect and manage the full lifecycle of workstations, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and end-of-life planning 

• Network & Infrastructure: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, proactively preventing outages 

• Security & Performance: Enforce patch management, antivirus, and system optimization protocols to ensure peak performance and security 

• Business Continuity: Develop and execute robust backup and failover plans for connectivity and data integrity 

• Expert Support: Provide advanced escalation support for complex hardware, software, connectivity, and Office 365 issues 

• Process Improvement: Build and refine IT processes such as lifecycle management, inventory automation, and endpoint monitoring 

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience in senior endpoint or desktop support engineering roles 

• Hands-on expertise in: 

• Hardware procurement, imaging, and deployment (Autopilot, SCCM, Intune) 

• Windows OS troubleshooting, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and Office 365 applications 

• LAN/WAN infrastructure principles and physical network troubleshooting 

• Track record of creating or improving IT processes, not just following them 

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a diagnostic mindset 

• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical teams 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate independently 

• Flexibility to work 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila Time (PST shift)
